Returns & Exchanges

At TokyoToys, we want you to be completely satisfied with your street-style finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your TokyoToys account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn clothing and original accessories into the shipping box, ensuring the packing slip is included for faster processing.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Shipment

  Affix the prepaid label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
